CanaryTank works in both freshwater and saltwater, and the properties that make Remanent Imaging effective for zebrafish (integrative capture, near-infrared illumination invisible to the animals, and a small data footprint for long recordings) apply to other aquatic organisms too. We will publish our work on coral restoration and aquaculture here soon.
